LOOKING FOR SOUS CHEF/ CHEF DE PARTIE JOB IN ANY HOTELS INTERNATIONAL

 Have a great day I am a Filipino Muslim Chef Looking for job in any hotels International I'm looking for good compensation package a good salary and housing allowance Etc.I gained experience in a 4 star hotel in the Philippines in a volume function(banquet) I have 14 years of service in food industry I have culinary training from my previous good chef in the hotel and a knowledge in a number of cuisines including American,European Chinese, Mexican,Italian,Filipino and baking I am highly skilled in inspecting food items, planning and developing menus, food purchase specifications, recipes, presentation standards and pricing for all menu items and specials. Moreover, I am well versed in developing techniques for food preparation and presentation and able to assist in establishing menu prices. In addition, I have a demonstrated ability to train line cooks on technique and utilization of products and able to ensure that inventory is stocked with fresh ingredients. 

Furthermore, I possess a professional appearance, and capable of maintaining high standards of sanitization, health and safety. Over and above, I am extremely capable of evaluating food products to assure freshness and quality standard are attained, My other knowledge is Internet Advertising I would love to write blogs and article about food presentations and to promote company assets to another website or any social media,to advertise our products to increase our sales and get total target market with out any hindrance to get more traffic. This is the easiest way to advertise with out more expenses. My contract to my current employer here in Riyadh Saudi Arabia will be finish after 4 months,My Employer don't like release process for my next job that is why My new employer will get me from my point of origin with proper visa,new iqama or fataqa Etc and good benefits or perks.
